Make your own vegan parmesan with our Quick Vegan Parmesan Cheese Recipe! Made with just 4 ingredients and ready in under 5 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup (50 grams) raw cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a (small) food processor and pulse into a crumb. Careful not to blend for too long, as it will turn into a paste. 
  2. Use to sprinkle on your favourite pastas, salads or pizza!
