A creamy, nutty and healthy sauce made with just 5 ingredients in 5 minutes! Lemon Tahini Yogurt Sauce is great with salads, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- 1/2 lemon, juiced + zest
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp plant-based greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp water, add more if needed
Instructions
- Add the lemon juice and zest, garlic and salt to a bowl. Stir until combined.
- Add the yogurt and tahini and give it a good stir. The lemon juice will thicken up the sauce quite a lot. Don’t worry, this will be offset by adding water in the next step.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time. Stir every time until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency. Add more water if needed.
