Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup (15 grams) fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
