This creamy and healthy Beetroot Pasta Sauce recipe is super easy to make and has only 5 ingredients! Making a sauce out of vegetables is also an easy way to add some extra veggies into your diet.

- 1/2 cup (100 ml) plant-based milk
- 1 cup (200 grams) cooked beetroots, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until silky smooth.
- Before eating, transfer the sauce to a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
- Serve with pasta.
